Eddie's Catering & Millard Social Hall has been working behind the scenes to create great events and food since 1951. As a full-service caterer, we are committed to using the best and freshest ingredients to create made-from-scratch dishes that give an unmatched experience. Meet the Creator
In 1951, Eddie Galas founded Eddie's Bar and Cafe, a small sandwich shop and bar in South Omaha. In 1987, a fire destroyed the establishment. The business rose from its ashes and was resurrected as a catering business.
In 1988, Eddie’s sons Kit, Kyle, & Kris partnered together and kept living out their father’s dreams.
In 1998, Eddie’s son Kris Galas along with his wife Cheryl Galas took over the business and continued to stay true to Eddie’s vision. They are both passionate about planning events and delivering food and quality service to meet the growing needs of our customers.
